The Older Adults Benefit Certificate is issued separately from the Health Insurance Card to those aged 70 and over.
For those turning 70, it will be sent to the head of the household in late their birth month (or the previous month if their birthday is on the 1st), but it can be used starting from the 1st of the following month.
Please note that the Older Adults Benefit Certificate is updated every year on August 1st, so a new certificate will be sent in July.
