For those who are enrolled in the National Health Insurance Program of Inagi City as of the end of July each year, a recommendation notice will be sent to insured individuals who are eligible for high-cost medical care benefits. Once you receive it, please apply using the enclosed Application Form.
Additionally, if you changed your health insurance during the fiscal year, you may not receive a recommendation notice, so please contact us.
