The Maximum Amount Application Certificate allows you to present the certificate at the medical institution's counter, ensuring that even if the monthly Medical Expenses become high, the amount paid to each medical institution will be limited to the household's self-burden limit. Additionally, for households exempt from resident tax, the meal costs during hospitalization will also be reduced. Please note that if there are any unpaid health insurance premiums, the Maximum Amount Application Certificate may not be issued.
