If your living expenses at your new location are supported by your parents' remittances, you can continue to use the Inagi City Health Insurance Card with prior procedures.

Required Items for Procedures

• Certificate of Residence for the New Address
• Certificate of Enrollment
• Identification documents for those coming to complete procedures (driver's license, passport, My Number Card, etc.)

• Identity verification documents / Individual number (My Number) verification documents
