Holiday Service Counter at City Hall

The Holiday Service Counter on the 1st floor of City Hall will be open on the following dates.
Services are limited, so please be aware of the following points in advance.

• The services handled are those listed in the section below titled 'Open Office Window'.
• The reception in the morning is until 11:45 AM, and it will resume at 1:00 PM. Please understand that you cannot enter the building outside of reception hours, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• Depending on the type of procedure, "Online Application", "Convenience Store Issuance"and "Mail Request" may also be available. Please refer to the following link. (For details, please contact us)

In principle, the second Sunday and the fourth Saturday of every month
Note: The date will generally not change even if the corresponding day is a public holiday.
Note: For March 2025, December 2025, January 2026, March 2026, and April 2026, there are different schedules from the principle. Please refer to the table below for details.
Note: The wide-area issuance of family register certificates began on March 1, 2024, but wide-area issuance of family register certificates will not be available on holidays. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
