QuestionWhy is there an Income-based portion of the National Health Insurance Tax this year when there is no income?

Response

The calculation of the National Health Insurance Tax is based on the income from the previous year. Therefore, even if there is no income this year, the income-based amount will be taxed according to the income from the previous year.
