QuestionI want to withdraw from the national health insurance because I have joined my workplace's health insurance, but I cannot take time off work. What should I do?

Response

If you are a member of the same household, you can proceed with the procedures even if you are not the person in question.
Additionally, you can also complete the procedures on the two holiday opening days each month (the second Sunday and the fourth Saturday), so please take advantage of that.
If a person from a different household comes to proceed, a power of attorney and identification documents of the agent are required.
If you wish to proceed by mail, please contact us.

Items Required for Procedures

  • Social Insurance Insured Person Certificate (Copy Allowed)
  • National Health Insurance Insured Person Certificate (Original)
  • Identification documents for those coming to complete procedures (driver's license, passport, My Number Card, etc.)
