Since June 2016, consumers who have received fraudulent claims under the pretext of unpaid fees for paid video sites via SMS (Note: a messaging service that sends and receives messages using mobile phone numbers, not email addresses) or email, have reported to various Consumer Affairs Centers that certain business operators are soliciting them with statements such as, "On behalf of Mr./Ms. XX (the consumer), I will negotiate with the fraudulent claim operators to prevent further claims." and "I have settled with one company, but you have visited several other sites. To cancel the unpaid fee claim, you need to pay an additional XX yen." These operators are demanding high service fees without actually engaging in any negotiations.

The Consumer Affairs Agency has provided information that there may be acts that could unjustly harm consumer interests (such as providing false information) in transactions with "Krapura Co., Ltd." based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009). Therefore, in order to prevent the occurrence or expansion of consumer damage, we inform all consumers.
