Notice regarding "Ecology Life Co., Ltd." which falsely claims to be engaged in projects such as the development of wind power generation systems to solicit the purchase of corporate bonds.

Since August 2015, there have been consultations reported to various Consumer Affairs Centers regarding business operators who falsely claim to be engaged in the development of wind power generation systems and solicit the purchase of unsecured convertible bonds with stock acquisition rights.
Upon investigation by the Consumer Affairs Agency, it was confirmed that there were actions in the solicitation by Ecology Life Co., Ltd. that could unjustly harm consumer interests (such as providing false information). Therefore, based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act, we will publish information that contributes to the prevention of consumer damage and call for attention from consumers.
