Notice regarding "Toyo-do Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd." which falsely solicits the purchase of corporate bonds by claiming to be engaged in the manufacturing and sales of generic pharmaceuticals.

Since March 2016, there have been consultations reported to various Consumer Affairs Centers regarding business operators who falsely claim to be engaged in the manufacturing and sale of generic pharmaceuticals and solicit the purchase of unsecured convertible bonds with stock acquisition rights.
The Consumer Affairs Agency has provided information based on Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009) regarding acts that unfairly harm consumer interests (providing false information) in transactions with Toyodo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Therefore, in order to prevent the occurrence or expansion of consumer damage, we inform consumers.
