Warning regarding business operators who entice people with claims such as 'Just by participating in the gold and silver project, a minimum guarantee of 10,000 yen income per day' and make them pay large sums of money.

Since February 2018, there have been numerous inquiries at Consumer Affairs Centers and other places regarding Business Operators that claim, "Just by participating in the Gold and Silver Project, there is a minimum guarantee of 10,000 yen income every day."

The Consumer Affairs Agency has provided information that there are acts (false or exaggerated advertising, labeling, and misrepresentation) in transactions with "Zipangu Co., Ltd." that may unjustly harm consumer interests, based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009). To prevent the occurrence or expansion of consumer damage, we inform all consumers.
