Notice regarding two home work business operators ("System Net Co., Ltd." or "Business System Co., Ltd.") that charge consumers large amounts of money under the guise of website creation fees for those wishing to work from home.

Since December 2015, consultations regarding business operators claiming to provide home work have been received at various Consumer Affairs Centers.
The Consumer Affairs Agency has provided information based on Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009) regarding potential acts that may unjustly harm consumer interests in transactions with "System Net Co., Ltd." or "Business System Co., Ltd." (such as providing false information). Therefore, to prevent the occurrence or expansion of consumer damage, we would like to inform all consumers.
