Warning regarding business operators who claim things like, "You can easily earn 500,000 yen a month just by copying and pasting," and make you pay large sums of money.

Since July 2017, there have been numerous inquiries at Consumer Affairs Centers and other places regarding Business Operators that advertise things like, "Earn a minimum monthly income of 500,000 yen with just 15 minutes of copy-pasting!" and "It's easy to earn 500,000 yen just by copy-pasting!"

(Note: Copipe... an abbreviation for copy and paste. It refers to using a computer or similar device to take a portion of text or an image from another source and paste it in a different location.)

The Consumer Affairs Agency has provided information that there may be acts that could unjustly harm consumer interests in transactions with "Image Corporation" based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009), such as false or exaggerated advertising, misleading representations, and the provision of definitive judgments. Therefore, in order to prevent the occurrence or expansion of consumer damage, we inform all consumers.
