Attention regarding Business Operators who claim "People are making 200,000 yen in 7 days with home-based smartphone side jobs!" and charge large amounts of money.

Since July 2018, there have been consultations regarding Business Operators claiming "People are making 200,000 yen in 7 days with side jobs using smartphones at home!" at various Consumer Affairs Centers.
The Consumer Affairs Agency has provided information based on Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009) regarding transactions with "Top Co., Ltd." (Prime Maison Hatsudai 14F, 1-45-2 Hatsudai, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), indicating that there may be acts that unjustly harm consumer interests (false or exaggerated advertising and displays). Therefore, in order to prevent the occurrence or expansion of consumer damage, we inform all consumers.
