About the Tax Return Preparation Venue

At the declaration form creation venue, we will distribute "Admission Tickets" to avoid congestion.
Admission tickets can be obtained not only at the venue on the day but also through advance issuance via LINE.

Opening Period

From February 17, 2025 (Monday) to March 17, 2025 (Monday), weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
Note: The venue will be open on March 2, 2025 (Sunday).

Reception Hours

• Reception: From 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Submissions only until 5:00 PM)
• Consultation Start: 9 AM

Note: Depending on the distribution status of admission tickets, the reception may close earlier than scheduled.

Transportation

• Train = Keio Line, get off at "Takahanafudo Station" and walk for 15 minutes
• Monorail = Get off at Tama City Monorail 'Manganji Station' and walk for 12 minutes
• Bus = From Takahatafudo Station to Hino Station, get off at "Machiya" and walk for 8 minutes

There will be no parking available during the above period, so please use public transportation.

Tax return forms will not be distributed at City Hall

In previous years, we distributed the final tax return forms at the City Hall Taxation Division and Branch Offices starting in late January. However, due to insufficient quantities, it has been decided not to distribute the final tax return forms after discussions with the Hino Tax Office.
