1 17 days About the Bicycle Parking Lot in Front of Yanokuchi Station The bicycle parking lot at Yanokuchi Station is always full. I would like the area under the elevated Yanokuchi Station and vacant lots to be used as bicycle parking lots. In response to the recent request, the city confirmed the usage status of the "Yanokuchi Station West Bicycle Parking Lot" with the Bicycle Parking Facility Management Center that manages this facility.
As a result, it was reported that currently, due to the temporary unavailability of the private paid bicycle parking lot (114 spaces) operated by JR East in the Yanokuchi Station area due to facility updates, the temporary bicycle parking spaces were often fully occupied. However, we have been informed that the usage status of the "Yanokuchi Station West Bicycle Parking Lot" has returned to normal since the reopening of the aforementioned bicycle parking lot on September 20.
The Bicycle Parking Facility Management Center is considering, based on future usage conditions, the possibility of reallocating available spaces for regular use to temporary use as needed.

2 17 days About the streetlights around Hirao Housing Complex I would like the color of the streetlights in the Hirao housing complex and nearby parks to be changed from warm colors to white and for their numbers to be increased. Regarding the park lights that illuminate Hirao Neighborhood Park, they were updated from mercury lamps to LED lights in fiscal year 2019, and we believe that they adequately ensure the appropriate brightness (illumination) that meets the installation standards for park lights.
Additionally, the security lights and streetlights installed on city roads (roads managed by the city) have also been gradually converted to LED, ensuring appropriate brightness with white-colored lamps.
Furthermore, the streetlights in Hirao rental housing also use white-colored lamps, and we have conveyed the feedback received to the Tokyo Metropolitan Housing Supply Corporation, which is the managing entity.
In the future, we will continue to implement appropriate maintenance management through regular checks of the lighting operation.

1 17 days About the First Library I would like a space to be set up in the First Library where I can work with my laptop. Regarding the installation of a dedicated booth for bringing in personal computers at the First Library, unlike the Central Library, we believe it is currently difficult due to the limited space available for library operations.
Additionally, while it is possible to use personal computers at the reading seats in the First Library, we ask that you be considerate of those around you while using them. Furthermore, the outlets located on the wall near the reading seats are provided for use with vacuum cleaners and other equipment during cleaning, and are not intended for general use.

1 26 days About the Bicycle Class I would like to have a bicycle class that is also targeted at adults. Regarding the "Bicycle Class for Adults" that you inquired about, it is not organized by the City of Inagi. However, on August 27, 2023 (Sunday), an event titled "Promotion of Proper Bicycle Operation and Manners" was held in front of the Inagi Cycle Cafe space within Inagi Central Park, organized by private business operators, where participants of all ages learned about proper pedaling, posture for riding, and manners.
We will continue to promote "Inagi, the Bicycle Town" by collaborating with private business operators to implement related events such as bicycle classes and disseminate information.
