1 | 3 days | About the park's shade space | Since there is no shaded area in the Momura Shirakudo Children's Plaza behind the Health Center, I would like a sunshade space to be created. |
The city is aware of the measures against heat stroke and ultraviolet rays in parks. However, regarding the installation of park facilities other than play equipment, such as shaded areas in Momura Shirakudo Children's Square, we will comprehensively consider the usage of the park, surrounding environment, and installation conditions as we move forward with the installation. During strong sunlight, we kindly ask you to use nearby Momura Shinka Park and other facilities. In the future, we will continue to aim for the creation of attractive parks in the city where everyone can gather and enjoy using the parks comfortably. |

2 | 4th | About the Park | The nearby Mihara Park is spacious and open, but there are no fences, so balls tend to fly out. I would like to have a fence installed. Also, what is the progress on the Tokyo Metropolitan Park? |
Regarding Odaryou Mihara Park, it is a park developed by the Odaryou Land Readjustment Project Association, which offers a panoramic view of the urban area from the park, and has been handed over to the city. Therefore, we are committed to maintaining it under the current conditions. Therefore, if you are going to play ball, please use the nearby parks where ball games are allowed. In addition, regarding Odaryodani Park, which will become a Tokyo Metropolitan Park, we have been informed by Tokyo Metropolitan Government that it will take some time to develop the park. The city is requesting early development of the park. |

3 | 25th | Bicycle Etiquette | The area around the Landzaka Tunnel, which is currently under construction, prohibits bicycle passage, but road bikes are coming down at high speeds. I hope that bicycles and light vehicles will be regulated in cooperation with the police and others. |
Regarding the Yomiuri Land Saka Tunnel, bicycles are prohibited from using the roadway inside the tunnel, and measures such as signage have been implemented to encourage cyclists to use the open sidewalk. Additionally, signs have been installed to guide bicycles to 5 Road, and near the apartment complex, signs such as "Slow Down" and "Caution: Parking Lot Entrance Ahead" have also been placed. To maximize these effects, we will consider measures such as making the signs more visible to bicycle users. Regarding the construction work by the Nanzan East Land Readjustment Project Association, we aim to complete the work by the first half of Reiwa 8, so we apologize for any inconvenience during the construction. Please be careful when entering and exiting the condominium. In light of the current situation, we will consult with the Tamachi Central Police Station, which has jurisdiction. |

1 | 17th | Request for Mirror Installation at the Central Community Center | I would like to enjoy dancing at the Central Community Center, but there is only a full-length mirror installed, which makes it difficult to use, so I would like a larger mirror to be installed. | At the Central Community Center, the rooms available for dance practice are the meeting room and the audiovisual room. However, since the meeting room is primarily used for various courses and meetings, and the audiovisual room is mainly used for music activities such as chorus, there are no plans to install mirrors for dance practice. Additionally, besides the Fourth Community Center, the second and third meeting rooms of the Second Community Center, the first and second meeting rooms of the Third Community Center, and the audiovisual room of Shiroyama Park Community Center each have either permanent or portable mirrors installed, making them available for dance practice. We would appreciate your consideration. | Lifelong Learning Division Social Education / Community Center Section |

25th | Establishment of Emotional Support Class | Since emotional support classes are being established in Hino City, I would like to see them set up in Inagi City as well. |
Regarding the establishment of special support classes for autism and emotional disorders, the Board of Education has been collecting information on the situation in other areas, and I have heard that there are challenges such as being able to assign only teachers for certain subjects based on the standards set by Tokyo. In light of this, our city provides individualized support for children and students with autism and emotional disorders in the special support classroom "Smile Room" by creating individual instruction plans and offering personalized instruction as well as small group instruction tailored to each individual. We will continue to strive to meet individual needs, so for any requests or consultations, please contact the Guidance Division or the Inagi City Educational Consultation Room and Special Support Education Consultation Room directly. In addition, the Board of Education will continue to study the appropriate support system based on individual circumstances, including the establishment of special support classes for autism and emotional disorders. |

26th | Lack of Learning Spaces in the Wakabadai Area | There is a library in i Plaza, but there is little study space. Also, the area where the sports gym is currently located was an empty tenant for quite some time, so I hope that space can be utilized for some kind of facility. | Regarding the Children's Center at i Plaza, please understand that due to space limitations, if there are overlapping requests for use, it will be on a time-limited basis. The location with the sports gym is a space that is privately rented out by the management operator, "Inagi Cultural Center Co., Ltd." as a tenant. Additionally, the space next to the hall that is visible from the station front is rented out as a passage and break area for hall participants, in conjunction with the hall. Furthermore, starting from late March of the 6th year of Reiwa, spaces such as galleries and conference rooms that do not have same-day reservations will be opened up as study spaces to promote effective use, so please feel free to take advantage of them. | Lifelong Learning Division - Lifelong Learning Support Section (i Plaza In Charge) |
4 | 26th | Lack of Learning Spaces in the Wakabadai Area | The Life Park at the TV Asahi Media Center has a vast area, but it does not seem to be utilized effectively, so how about building a large library there? Also, I would like to see the library's study space expanded. |
The city has established six libraries in various locations so that citizens can easily access a variety of books and materials, completing a library network with these six facilities. Therefore, at this time, we are not considering the establishment of new libraries. Regarding the land of the TV Asahi Media Center that you proposed, it is currently being utilized by a private company as private land, so the city is not considering its use. Regarding the proposed study space, the branch libraries of the city, including the i Plaza Library, were established with the primary purpose of providing library services to citizens by allowing them to browse a larger number of books within a limited space since their inception. Therefore, we believe it is difficult to expand these spaces. However, in establishing the Central Library, we have reflected the voices of the citizens by providing 105 study seats within the Central Library and 34 study seats in the adjacent SHIROYAMA EXPERIENCE STUDY INSTITUE. Additionally, starting from the 4th year of Reiwa, during the summer and winter vacation periods, we have opened the group study rooms as individual study seats, so please consider using them. As for the number of books, the i Plaza Library has approximately 74,000 volumes, and the total collection across the six libraries in the city is about 680,000 volumes. For books that are not in our collection, you can request them, and we can deliver them to the i Plaza Library, so please make use of this service. |

1 | 9th | Regarding Inappropriate Governor Election Posters | There are 24 posters for the gubernatorial election displaying the same QR code. I believe this is a significantly unfair act, but how will the Mayor of Inagi City respond? |
Regarding the matter you reported, there are 24 identical posters displayed at the Tokyo Governor election poster display area in the city, which are the posters of the 24 candidates running for the Tokyo Governor election. Under the Public Offices Election Act, in order to ensure the fairness of elections, it is prohibited to display posters with the same candidate's name in multiple areas. However, regarding these posters, there are posters displayed that do not contain the candidate's name, and since they do not violate the Public Offices Election Act, they are not subject to regulation. Therefore, the Election Administration Commission of Inagi City cannot impose its own regulations, and we kindly ask for your understanding. In addition, the authority to enforce violations of the Public Offices Election Act and other laws lies with the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. In the recent Tokyo gubernatorial election, although there were no violations of the Public Offices Election Act, there was a case where the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department issued a warning to a candidate who displayed posters with obscene content, suspecting a violation of the Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance on Prevention of Annoyance. If you see any such posters, please contact the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department to report them. |

2 | 18th | Request for the installation of rental bicycles in front of Inagi Station | I would like to have a rental and return station for rental bicycles in front of Inagi Station. |
Regarding the shared bicycle station at Inagi Station on the Keio Sagamihara Line, it has been difficult to cooperate for installation due to insufficient space to meet safety and legal requirements. However, we are in discussions to install it after the completion of the "Inagi Station South Exit Square Improvement Project" scheduled for fiscal year 2024 to 2025. In addition, the locations of the shared bicycle stations are being researched daily in collaboration with HELLO CYCLING provider Open Street Co., Ltd., while understanding the needs based on usage records and other factors, and new stations are being established and expanded from feasible locations. |

3 | 25th | About the Public Pool | The old sign in front of the pool shutter states that the opening period is from July 14, but the website indicates July 20. Many children are unable to search online, and it seems that some are preparing to come to the pool only to return home disappointed. I would like the sign to be removed or for the correct information to be posted. |
We sincerely apologize for the incorrect information on the sign regarding the opening period, which has disappointed the children who visited. We have promptly checked the site and are currently correcting the information on the sign to display the correct opening period. Moving forward, we will continue to provide guidance to the facility managers to ensure that citizens can use the facilities with peace of mind. |

4 | 26th | About ALSOK Inagi Building and TV Asahi Wakabadai Media Center | I would like to know if the ALSOK Inagi Building and TV Asahi Wakabadai Media Center are lands that can be managed by the city. | The land of ALSOK Inagi Building and TV Asahi Wakabadai Media Center is not owned by the city. | Economic Affairs Section, Commerce Division |
5 | 26th | About the Proposal Form for City Administration | I think we should promote the proposal form for City Administration more. |
