Transportation expenses will be paid if you apply and are approved if all of the following requirements are met.
- The person received appropriate medical treatment based on the law as a result of the transfer.
- It was extremely difficult to move due to the illness or injury that caused the transfer.
- Emergency or other unavoidable circumstances
Please note that if more than two years have passed since the day after you paid the transportation costs, the claim will become time-barred and you will no longer be able to file.

- signature stamp
- Doctor's opinion letter requiring transportation
- Receipts for transportation costs
- Something that shows your account number (passbook, etc.)
- Identity verification documents
- Individual number (My Number) confirmation documents
