If I move to Inagi City, do I need to apply for National Health Insurance?

If you were enrolled in the National Health Insurance in the municipality you moved to before moving in, or if you were not enrolled in any insurance other than National Health Insurance (social insurance, etc.) at the time of your move, you will need to apply for Inagi City National Health Insurance.
At the end of the transfer procedure, you will be given a notification form to enroll in the Inagi City National Health Insurance, so please bring this form to the National Health Insurance Section counter.
