City hall holiday counter open

The 1st floor counter of City Hall will be open on holidays on the following dates.
Please note that we are operating on a limited basis .
Also, depending on the type of procedure, it may be possible to complete the procedure by mail or have it delivered at a convenience store , so we would appreciate it if you could contact us by phone in advance.
Please note that morning reception will close at 11:45 a.m., and reception will reopen from 1 p.m., and you will not be able to enter the government building outside of reception hours.

Holiday opening day
2nd Sunday and 4th Saturday of every month
Note: The office will be open even if the opening day falls on a holiday. Excludes year-end and New Year holidays (December 29th to January 3rd of the following year).
Note: However, the second Sunday of January 2020 will be changed to "Coming of Age Day" and the fourth Saturday of March 2020 will be changed to "5th Saturday". Please see the table below for the schedule.
Note: Wide-area issuance of family register certificates, etc. began on March 1, 2020, but wide-area issuance of family register certificates, etc. is not available on public holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Afternoon: 1pm to 5pm
Please note: You cannot enter the government building outside of reception hours. Also, it gets crowded from around 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., so please arrive early.
