We carry out open agency on holiday of city hall the first floor window in the following schedule.
Please be aware that we are operating on a limited basis .
In addition, depending on the type of procedure, it may be possible to carry out the procedure by mail or issue it at a convenience store , so please contact us in advance by phone or other means.
Please note that reception is open until 11:45 am in the morning, and reception resumes at 1:00 pm.

Holiday open agency day
2nd Sunday and 4th Saturday of every month
Note: The office will be open even if the opening day falls on a holiday. Excludes year-end and New Year holidays (December 29th to January 3rd of the following year).
Note: However, the second Sunday of January 2020 will be changed to "Coming of Age Day" and the fourth Saturday of March 2020 will be changed to "5th Saturday". Please see the table below for the schedule.
Note: Wide-area issuance of family register certificates, etc. began on March 1, 2020, but wide-area issuance of family register certificates, etc. is not available on public holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Afternoon: 1:00 to 5:00
Note: You cannot enter the government building outside the reception hours. In addition, it will be crowded from around 11:00 am to 11:45 am, so please use it early.
