I used to have National Health Insurance, but now I get a health insurance card from my workplace. Will my eligibility for National Health Insurance automatically expire?

Update date: April 27, 2022

Your eligibility will not expire automatically, so you will need to complete the procedures to lose your eligibility for the National Health Insurance at the city hall or branch office (Hirao/Wakabadai) within 14 days after you acquire your eligibility for the social insurance.

What you need for the procedure
