　Of those who are enrolled in Inagi City National Health Insurance as of the end of July every year, a recommendation notice will be sent to those insured who are eligible for the high-cost combined medical expenses for long-term care. When you receive it, please apply using the enclosed payment application form.
Also, if you have changed your health insurance in the middle of the fiscal year, please contact us as we may not be able to send you a recommendation notice.
