If you are in the same household as yourself, you can complete the procedure.
In addition, procedures can also be carried out on two holiday days per month (2nd Sunday and 4th Saturday), so please use that as well.
If someone from another household comes to complete the procedure, a power of attorney and identity verification documents for the person in charge are required.
