Premium payment requirements
- As of the day before the date of death, the period of nonpayment of insurance premiums has not exceeded 1/3 of the insured period up to two months before the date of death.
- If the date of death is on or before March 31, 2026, there must be no delinquency period for insurance premiums during the most recent one-year period up to two months before the date of death on the day before the date of death.
