Please tell me about notification method of address change of pensioner.

As the change of address is linked to the Basic Resident Register, in principle no notification is required, but there are cases where notification is required, so please check with us.
Notification forms are available at the Fuchu Pension Office and the City Hall Insurance and Pension Division.
In addition, please check with each mutual aid association, etc. for notification of change of address for recipients of mutual aid pensions, welfare pension funds, etc.
