I have a basic disability pension.
The Disability Basic Pension is paid to those who meet the eligibility requirements by completing procedures when they have certain disabilities.

(1) Persons who had their first medical examination (first date of treatment by a doctor or dentist) while enrolled in the National Pension (2) Persons who were enrolled in the National Pension, have an address in Japan, and are 60 years of age or older and 65 years of age Those who have the first medical examination before the age of 20 (3) Those who have the first medical examination before reaching the age of 20 before enrolling in the national pension Note: Disability recognition date (in principle, the day after 1 year and 6 months from the date of the first medical examination, (3) Those who fall under 1 year and 6 months or the date of reaching the age of 20, whichever is later), must be in a state of disability level 1 or 2 according to the national disability classification table, or If you did not meet the disability recognition date, but became a grade 1 or 2 disability by the day before you turned 65, you will be paid by request.
Note: For those who fall under (3), if the person has income above a certain amount, the full amount or half amount will be suspended.

(1) On the day before the date of the first medical examination, during the insured period up to two months before the date of the first medical examination, the insurance premium payment period has not exceeded one-third or more. (2) The date of the first medical examination is before March 31, 2026. If there is, there is no period of non-payment of insurance premiums in the most recent one-year period up to two months before the date of the first medical examination on the day before the date of the first medical examination.
