You can check it on My Portal

You can tap the "Register/Change Public Money Receipt Account" icon in the "Featured Information" section on the My Number Portal homepage to check the registration status of your login account information.

  • My Portal can be accessed on your smartphone or that of your family members.
  • If you do not have a terminal, you can also use the terminals at City Hall (Citizen Affairs Division and Insurance and Pension Division) or at the Branch Office.

Note: To log in to the My Portal, you need a My Number Card and a password.
