What should I do if I have a complaint or consultation regarding long-term care insurance services?

For complaints or consultations, please contact the Nursing Care Insurance Section of the Elderly Welfare Division. We request reports from business operators as necessary and provide guidance and advice for improvement. In addition, questions and consultations regarding long-term care insurance are available at each local comprehensive support center, care support specialist (care manager), etc.
