What should I do if I am dissatisfied or consulted about the nursing care insurance service?

For complaints and consultations, please contact the Elderly Welfare Division Nursing Care Insurance Section. If necessary, we will request reports from business operators and provide guidance and advice for improvement. Questions and consultations regarding long-term care insurance are also accepted at each regional comprehensive support center and long-term care support specialists (care managers).
