Flow until renting welfare equipment
The user consults with a care manager (or local comprehensive support center).
The Care Manager (or Regional Comprehensive Support Center) creates a care plan and selects a company that provides assistive devices.
A specialist counselor for assistive devices visits the user's home and selects and proposes assistive devices to be rented.
Businesses lending welfare equipment deliver the equipment and check the suitability of the user.
Decide the welfare equipment to be rented, and make a contract between the user and the company that rents the welfare equipment.
Welfare equipment rental begins.
