What kind of person joins long-term care insurance and when?

As a general rule, persons aged 40 and over are enrolled (insured persons).
Insured persons are divided into primary insured persons (aged 65 and over) and secondary insured persons (medical insurance subscribers aged 40 to 64).
You can enroll in long-term care insurance from the month you turn 40 (the month before your 40th birthday).
By subscribing to medical insurance, you are subscribing to long-term care insurance.
