How are nursing care insurance premiums determined?

Update date: May 1, 2019

Long-term care insurance premiums for those aged 65 and over (first insured person)

The standard amount is determined according to the cost of nursing care services in Inagi City. On top of that, it is adjusted to 12 levels according to income so that the burden does not become too heavy, and the calculation is based on the household situation as of April 1 and the income level.

Please check this out for details.

Long-term care insurance premiums for those aged between 40 and 65 (second insured)

The calculation method differs depending on the medical insurance you are enrolled in (national health insurance, social insurance, etc.), so please check with the person in charge of your medical insurance for details.
