The reissuance of the National Pension insurance payment slip will be done at the Fuchu Pension Office.

Payment slips up to two years ago

Same-day issuance at the Fuchu Pension Office (Identification documents such as My Number Card and the Basic Pension Number Notification or Pension Book are required)
Note: Insurance premiums that have passed the payment deadline by 2 years cannot be paid due to the statute of limitations.

Payment slip for back payments (for periods previously exempted or deferred)

Same-day issuance at the Fuchu Pension Office (Identification documents such as My Number Card and the Basic Pension Number Notification or Pension Handbook are required)
Note: Premiums can be paid up to 10 years ago.
