If you have any questions regarding the results of the Long-Term Care and Support Certification, please first consult the Senior Welfare Division's Certification Section.
If you are still not satisfied, you can file a request for review (appeal) to the Tokyo Long-Term Care Insurance Review Board within three months from the day following the day you were informed of the decision (certification).
The Tokyo Long-Term Care Insurance Review Board reviews whether there are any illegal or unjust points in the decision made by the city. It does not re-evaluate the certification.
