QuestionPlease tell me about the procedure for renewing long-term care certification.

Response

There is an expiration date for the certification of long-term care needs, and you can apply for renewal starting 60 days before the expiration date. The city will send you a renewal notice two months before the expiration date. If you wish to continue using Long-Term Care Insurance services, please remember to apply.
It takes about 30 days from application to certification. Please apply early.
