QuestionI received the Long-Term Care Insurance premium payment notice, but I have not received the Health Insurance Card.

We send out Health Insurance Cards that do not have an expiration date. For those who turn 65 years old or move to Inagi City, we send the Health Insurance Card at that time. If you cannot find it or it is missing, please request a reissue of the Health Insurance Card at the Long-Term Care Insurance section of the Senior Welfare Division.
