Housing Renovation Subsidy

Dementia Support Day Care
Older adults with dementia can attend day care facilities to receive care such as bathing, meals, and functional training.
Dementia Support Type Group Living Care (Group Home)
Older adults with dementia can receive care and functional training in a homely atmosphere while living together in small groups.
Small-scale multifunctional home care
Focusing on "day services", we combine "home visits" and "overnight stays" to provide care and functional training such as bathing, toileting, and meals according to the individual's physical and mental condition and preferences.
Nighttime Home Care
Home helpers will visit through regular night patrols and reports. You can receive assistance with daily living activities.
Community-Based Specific Facility Resident Life Care
Individuals residing in small paid nursing homes (with a capacity of 29 or fewer) can receive care, functional training, and medical assistance.

Admission to Long-Term Care Insurance Facilities
Nursing Care Welfare Facility (Special Nursing Home for the Elderly)
Individuals who have received long-term care certification (generally: level 3 to 5) and find it difficult to provide care at home can enter the facility and receive assistance with daily living activities.
(Individuals with level 1 or 2 can only enter under special circumstances.)
Nursing Care Medical Facilities (until the end of fiscal year 2023)
Individuals whose condition is stable and require long-term care can be admitted to receive medical care, nursing, or caregiving services.
Nursing Care Health Facility for the Elderly

The Comprehensive Project for Preventive Care and Daily Life Support (hereinafter referred to as the "Comprehensive Project") is a preventive care initiative implemented by Inagi City, targeting all individuals aged 65 and older, with the involvement of various stakeholders such as care service providers, NPOs, volunteers, and citizens. Even those who have not received long-term care certification can access a diverse range of services tailored to their conditions and preferences, allowing them to receive services that are closely connected to their daily lives and easy to use. Additionally, we will build a system of mutual support within the community to help everyone live healthily for as long as possible.

Visiting Service
This provides daily living services by home helpers when users find it difficult to manage on their own and cannot receive support from family members living together or local support services.
Day Service
In addition to providing basic services such as meals and support for improving daily living functions at day care facilities, it also offers preventive services tailored to the individual's condition (such as improving physical function, nutritional improvement, enhancing oral function, preventing and supporting social withdrawal, and preventing and supporting dementia).
Services open to everyone (General Nursing Care Prevention Project)
This is a service available to all individuals aged 65 and over (some conditions apply). In particular, we support those who are currently living independently to continue living independently and vibrantly in the future. We encourage you to actively participate.
Fall and Fracture Prevention Class
To lead an independent life for as long as possible, let's move the muscles we don't usually use and refresh both our mind and body. We also introduce local self-help groups in the city.
