For those who are in arrears, we request payment through reminders and notices.
However, if payment is still not made, in order to maintain fairness with those who have paid by the due date and to secure important Municipal Tax, we will, based on the Local Tax Act and the National Tax Collection Act, inevitably seize the property (real estate, movable property, vehicles, salaries, bank deposits, etc.) of those in arrears, and further conduct measures such as public auctioning these properties to cover the unpaid taxes.

NotesSeizure
According to the Local Tax Act, if the full payment is not made by the day that is 10 days after the date of the demand notice, the property of the delinquent taxpayer must be seized.
In the case of seizure due to tax delinquency, procedures to the court are not required, and the seizure can be executed without prior notice or the consent of the individual.
