Identity Verification at the Revenue Division

The identification documents to be presented at the Inagi City Hall Collection Division are as follows.
Please note that depending on the type of identification document, there are those that require only one document (Category A) and those that require two documents (Category B).
Note: When applying for a tax payment certificate, setting up direct debit, making municipal tax and National Health Insurance Tax payments at the counter, or consulting about tax payments, we will verify your identity. Please be sure to bring your identification documents when you come to the counter.

A	Documents with a photo issued by a public office (1 point verification) My Number Card, driver's license, driving history certificate, passport, identification card of employees of public offices (including independent administrative agencies and special corporations) or equivalent documents
B	Documents certifying that you are the person other than A (2 points of confirmation) Health Insurance Card, Health Insurance Qualification Confirmation Document, various Pension Certificates (passbooks), cash cards, credit cards, employee ID cards, and student ID cards or equivalent documents, tax notices related to the tax item and fiscal year of the certificate you wish to obtain (only at the time of applying for the issuance of the tax payment certificate)

Note: Identification documents with an expiration date are limited to those that are within the validity period.

In addition, if an agent is to carry out procedures such as applying for a tax payment certificate, a separate power of attorney is required. The format of the power of attorney is free, but it can also be downloaded from the "Power of Attorney" below, so please use it.
