Notification about family register
All you have to do is send one. The notification form is available at the Citizens Division.
Note 1: It takes about 1 hour to review the notification. It will take more time if you submit multiple notifications or if you do not attach a copy of your family register. Please come to the office with time to spare.
Note 2: Sub-branch offices do not accept applications related to family registers.
For those who submit a family register notification outside office hours on weekdays, on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or on days the office is open on holidays<br id="3"/>We will keep the submitted notification, but it will not be accepted. not.
On the next weekday, the Citizens' Affairs Division family register clerk will examine your application, and if there are no defects, your application will be accepted on the date you submitted it.
On the day of the event, we will not be able to issue a certificate of receipt of the notification or perform other procedures related to the notification.
