Notification regarding family register

All notifications only need to be submitted in one form. Notification forms are available at the Citizens Division.
Note 1: It will take approximately one hour to review the notification. It will take more time if you have multiple notifications or if you are not in your legal address and do not have a certified copy of your family register attached. Please arrive at our office with plenty of time.
Note 2: The branch office does not accept applications related to family registers.

For those who submit family register notifications outside office hours on weekdays, on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and on days when the office is open <br id="3"/>We will keep your submitted notification, but there is no guarantee that it will be accepted. Not.
The application will be examined by the Citizens Division's Family Registration Section on the next weekday when the office is open, and if there are no defects, it will be accepted on the day it was submitted.
On that day, it will not be possible to issue a notification acceptance certificate or perform any other procedures related to notification.

About work during lunch break (noon to 1 p.m.) <br id="3"/>During lunch break, only one staff member is in charge, so if multiple notifications/applications have been submitted, they will be reviewed after 1 p.m. We may notify you of the results.
Issuance of resident cards, certificates, etc. after changes to notifications/applications will be made after 1:00 p.m.
