Regarding the issuance of a cremation permit
After receiving the death certificate, we will issue a cremation permit.
We will ask you at the counter which crematorium you will be using, so please let us know.
Possible date and time for procedures
8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on business days Note: 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on public holidays. Applications will be accepted at the city hall night duty room during times other than the above. Masu.
If the office is open on holidays or at the city hall night duty room, only "deposit" will be accepted.
Note: The branch office does not accept notifications regarding family registers.
