Issuance of various certificates at convenience stores
Inagi City will provide a convenience store delivery service that allows you to obtain certificates such as a copy of your resident card at convenience stores nationwide using your My Number Card (personal number card). It started on February 16th.
A My Number Card (personal number card) is required to use this service.

Those who can use it
Those who have a resident registration in Inagi City and have a My Number Card (with an electronic certificate for user verification) .
Note: Basic Resident Registration Cards and Notification Cards cannot be used.
Obtainable certificate
Please be sure to read the following notes when obtaining a certificate.

How to Use
You can obtain the certificate using a multi-function terminal (multi-copy machine) at convenience stores nationwide that supports the following convenience store issuance methods.
1. Touch "Administrative Services" on the touch panel screen of the multi-function terminal (multi-copy machine).
2. Place your My Number card in the designated position and enter your 4-digit PIN (for user certificate).
3. Touch the certificate type.
Four. Insert the fee and touch "Start Printing".
Five. A certificate and receipt will be printed.

From 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Note: Hours vary depending on some stores.
Note: Excluding year-end and New Year holidays (December 29th to January 3rd) and equipment maintenance.

Note: This service is not available at stores that do not have multi-function terminals (multi-copy machines).
Convenience store delivery using smartphone
With the electronic certificate installation service for smartphones, you can obtain a certificate using a smartphone (equipped with electronic certificate function) without using your My Number card at a multi-copy machine at a convenience store.

About security measures
- Since the user can obtain it by operating a multi-function terminal (multi-copy machine) himself/herself, the personal information will not be seen by others.
- We take measures to prevent leakage of personal information, such as using a dedicated network and encrypting communications.
- We are taking measures against forgetting to take my number cards and certificates with the screen display and voice guidance of multi-function terminals (multi-copy machines).
- Certificates are printed with anti-counterfeiting and tampering prevention processing.
Instructions (please read by all means)
- Those who have not completed procedures to renew their Individual Number Card after submitting a notification of moving in cannot use the Convenience Store Issuance Service. It is necessary to carry out procedures for continuation at the city hall or a branch office.
- Those who have submitted a moving-out notification cannot use convenience store issuance service. In addition, if there is a person in the same household who has submitted a moving-out notification, you will not be able to obtain a resident's card until the moving-out is confirmed or the scheduled moving-out date has passed.
- Those who filed for a transfer on a holiday open day cannot obtain a certificate immediately. Available from the afternoon of the next business day.
- If there is a person whose period of stay has expired in the household, it may not be possible to obtain the certificate.
- It takes time to reflect the change of name, etc. associated with family register notification. Please contact us for more information.
- Persons eligible for support measures under the Basic Resident Register Act cannot use convenience store issuance services. Please apply at the counter of the city hall or branch office.
- The paper is different from the certificate issued at the city hall or branch office.
- If one copy of the resident card covers multiple pages, it will not be stapled. It can be determined by the page number and unique number described in the certificate.
- Certificates cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
- If there is a problem with the device, such as a paper jam or printing problem, please report it to the staff on the spot, and reissue the certificate after receiving a refund.
- If you would like to obtain a certificate because the fee is exempted due to regulations, etc., please apply at the city hall or branch office (the fee cannot be refunded later).
- It may take some time to issue the certificate. Please do not leave the spot while it is being issued.
- My number card is an important card that contains personal information and can be used as an official identification card. Please be careful when handling such as misplacing.
- If you have lost your PIN, you will need to reset your PIN at the city hall or branch office.
- If you enter the wrong PIN code three times in a row, it will be locked. Unlocking requires procedures at the city hall or a branch office.
