non-acceptance request

Non-acceptance application is a system to prevent false family register notification.
It is effective in cases such as when you are worried about being disguised without your knowledge and being notified of your family register.
Note : The following handling is from May 1, 2008 (the revised Family Register Act enforcement date).
efficacy
- The family register notification for the object you applied for will no longer be accepted.
- If the family register notification is unacceptable, the applicant will be notified that the notification has been unacceptable.
Note: If we can confirm that the applicant himself/herself submitted the family register, the application will be accepted.
Application method
The applicant himself/herself must directly submit the “Notice of Non-Acceptance” to the counter.

when it becomes ineffective
- When you withdraw your application (submission of a withdrawal request for non-acceptance)
- when the person dies
- When the notification pertaining to the non-acceptance request specifying the other party is legally accepted
- When the person reaches the age of 15 when the person's legal representative has filed a non-acceptance request for a notification of adoption or dissolution of a child under the age of 15
Note : Even if the applicant himself/herself submits a non-acceptance request that does not specify the other party, and the notification is accepted due to identification, the non-acceptance request will not be canceled. .

From 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on open agency days Note: On holiday open agency days, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. increase.
Note: Sub-branch offices do not accept family register notifications.
