• In the case of divorce by mutual consent, identification documents of the person filing the notification
• Individual number card (only for those who have the card and want to change their information. It also serves as an identity verification document.)
• Basic Resident Registration Card (Only for those who have the card and want to change their information. It also serves as an identification document.)
• In the case of divorce by mediation, a certified copy of the mediation record
• In the case of divorce by referee, a certified copy of the referee and a confirmation certificate
• In the case of divorce by settlement, a certified copy of the settlement record
• In the case of divorce by recognition, certified copy of the record of recognition
• In the case of divorce by judgment, a certified copy of the judgment and a final certificate

From 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on open days Remarks: On holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. increase.
Only "custody" is accepted on holiday open days and at the city hall night duty room.
Note: Sub-branch offices do not accept family register notifications.
