Application for temporary vehicle operation permission (temporary number)

　This is a system that temporarily allows vehicles to be operated on public roads only for the purposes of operation specified in the Road Transport Vehicle Act, such as when vehicles with expired vehicle inspection certificates are sent to a transportation branch office or inspection registration office for inspection.
In principle, in order to operate a vehicle continuously, it must be inspected and registered.

Note: In the case of forwarding for filming, permission can only be granted if the vehicle is being photographed on a public road. You will be required to present a "Road Use Permit".
Note: In the case of forwarding for sale, a "secondhand goods dealer license" and "operation plan (materials for forwarding destination, etc.)" are required.

　Permission can be granted if the route to the departure point, transit point, and destination is the shortest route, and Inagi City is included in that route.

・In the case of forwarding for shooting: Permission is possible only when shooting a movie car on public roads. You will need to show a road use permit.

Note: Depending on the content of your application, we may ask you about the purpose of the operation, route, and schedule. In addition, additional documents explaining the route may be required.
Note: If there is something incomprehensible about the application and the application is not found to be valid after review, we will not be able to issue a temporary number and permit.

However, if the service day is a closed day, it can be rented on the previous open day.
Note: Temporary numbers are supposed to be applied for on the day of operation after planning the operation in advance.

The minimum number of days (1 to 5 days) required to achieve the purpose of the operation.
In principle, the operation period for registration, inspection, seal attachment, reissuance, disposal, etc. is one day .
Note: Due to the system, it is not possible to rent out with plenty of days to spare.
Note: As a result of the examination, the operation period may be changed from the time of application.

• While the vehicle is in operation, display the permit in an easily visible position in front of the vehicle, such as on the dashboard.
• License plates and permits may only be used for the permitted vehicle, purpose, route and period of operation.
• The license plate must be securely attached to the front and rear of the licensed vehicle in an easily visible position with bolts or wires so that it will not fall off.
• Please carry your automobile liability insurance (mutual aid) certificate (compulsory automobile liability insurance).
• Please be careful not to lose or steal the permit and number mark. In the unlikely event that it is lost, please contact us and report it to the local police.

• Due to the purpose of this system, which is treated as an exception to the vehicle inspection registration system, permission is normally granted only once per vehicle. In principle, second and subsequent applications for the same vehicle will not be approved.
• If you violate the contents of "About operation", return documents and return dates, you will be punished by imprisonment with work for not more than 6 months or a fine of not more than 300,000 yen according to the provisions of Article 108, Item 1 of the Road Transport Vehicle Act.
• At the time of application, if you describe the purpose, route, or purpose of operation that is not true, you will be punished by imprisonment with work for not more than one year or a fine of not more than 500,000 yen according to the provisions of Article 107, Item 1 of the same law.
