Birth procedures
The main procedures associated with the birth are as follows.
- Application for child allowance
- Application for infant medical expenses subsidy system
- Sending birth notification cards
Note : Required procedures differ depending on the individual, so please contact the department in charge in advance.
Available date and time
From 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on open days Remarks: On holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. increase.
Only "custody" is accepted on holiday open days and at the city hall night duty room.
Note: Sub-branch offices do not accept family register notifications.
