Note : As a general rule, parents are the submitters. If someone else will be the person filing the notification, please contact the Family Registration Section in advance.

Note : Foreign nationals may require additional documents, so please contact the family register office in advance.
Birth Procedures
The main procedures involved in the birth are as follows:
- Applying for Child Allowance
- Application for infant medical expenses subsidy system
- Sending birth notification cards
Note : The necessary procedures vary depending on the individual, so please contact the relevant department in advance.
Possible date and time for procedures
8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on business days Note: 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on public holidays. Applications will be accepted at the city hall night duty room during times other than the above. Masu.
If the office is open on holidays or at the city hall night duty room, only "deposit" will be accepted.
Note: The branch office does not accept notifications regarding family registers.
