About exchange of seal registration card

　From January 5, 2009, the form of the seal registration card has been changed. If you have not yet exchanged for a new seal registration card, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please come to the procedure as soon as possible.

Please bring your seal registration card.
Remarks A registered seal is not required, but in order to verify the identity of the person who registered the seal, please fill in your name, address, and date of birth on the "Exchange Request Form".

When a representative comes to redeem

Please bring the seal registration certificate (card) of the registrant.
Remarks In order to verify the identity of the seal registrant, please fill in the registrant's name, address, date of birth, and representative's name and address on the "Exchange Request Form".
