Regarding changes in the handling method for interim advance payments

Regarding the handling method for interim advance payment in contract contracts for construction ordered by Inagi City, we operate according to the handling method for advance payment, but we will inform you that it has been revised as follows.
This revision will be applied from April 1, 2018.

Payment Requirements for Intermediate Advance Payments

Intermediate advance payments are made when the following requirements are met:
Authorization whether we meet requirements performs authorized investigation with claim with authorization bill to city.

Certification requirements

(1) Passing a half of the construction period.
(2) The work related to the construction that should be completed by half of the construction period according to the schedule has been completed.
(3) The expenses required for the work related to the construction that has already been carried out shall be equivalent to one-half or more of the contract price.

Payment timing for interim advance payment

Any partial payment made before the interim advance payment is not eligible for the interim advance payment .
In addition, in the case of a contract that spans multiple years, in principle, payment will be made in the year following the contract year.

Cancellation of warranty contract

When guarantee contract is canceled, it is necessary to return already paid interim advance to city.
At the time of return, late interest will be collected according to the number of days from the date of payment of the interim advance payment to the date of return.
