Inagi City Construction Performance Evaluation Guidelines

The Inagi City Construction Performance Evaluation Guidelines (enforced on April 1, 2007) have been applied to construction contracts ordered by Inagi City since FY2007.
Overview
Grade target
Construction performance evaluation is applicable to construction projects with a contract amount exceeding 5 million yen. Even if the contract amount at the time of the contract is less than 5 million yen, if the amount exceeds 5 million yen due to contract changes, etc., it will be subject to construction performance evaluation.
Notice to Contractor
The contractor will be notified of the evaluation results of the construction work with the aim of ensuring the quality of the ordered construction work and improving technical capabilities.
Publication of grade results
The name of the construction work, the name of the contractor, etc. will be published on this website for construction projects that are found to be excellent, good, or defective. In addition, measures will be taken to suspend the nomination of contractors with poor ratings.
Establishment of Complaint Review Committee
The Inagi City Construction Performance Evaluation Complaint Review Committee will be established to investigate and deliberate on complaints from contractors regarding construction performance evaluation.
