As the current contract period for the management of the Inagi City Park paid parking lot will expire at the end of fiscal year 2024, we are looking for a new manager. The selection will be made through an open proposal system, so when applying, please check the recruitment guidelines and submit your application documents.

In selecting the preferred negotiating right holder, three companies submitted proposals and other materials. After a first screening (document review) and second screening (presentation review), the proposals, presentations, and Q&A sessions were comprehensively evaluated. As a result, the preferred negotiating right holder and runner-up negotiating right holder were selected as follows:
