About Inagi city public facilities LED conversion project

In order to reduce the financial burden by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and soaring electricity bills, the city has switched to energy-saving and long-life LED lighting for public facilities in the city. is scheduled to be updated.

In implementing the project, we will receive proposals from private businesses that have a wealth of technology and skills regarding lighting replacement, wiring work, maintenance, etc. , to carry out this proposal.

Regarding proposals, the period until March 31, 2023 (Friday) will be designated as the advance preparation period, and the proposal implementation guidelines will be made public, and participation declarations, etc. will be accepted. Subsequent open call for proposals will be accepted, and primary and secondary screenings will be conducted.

Selection method

The city will ask participants who have submitted a declaration of participation and are deemed eligible to submit proposals, etc.

After receiving the submission of proposals, etc., the Inagi city public facility LED conversion project implementing business operator selection committee will conduct a primary review (document review), and at a later date, a secondary review (presentation) will be conducted for those who pass the primary review. do.

After repeated discussions with Daiwa Lease Co., Ltd. Tokyo Head Office, which was selected as the preferred negotiating right holder in the proposal, on June 30, 2023, we concluded a basic agreement for the conversion of public facility lighting to LED.
In the future, in the three years from 2025 to 2027, we will work on gradually converting public facility lighting to LED.
